How do you guys counter "lenguh"?

I used to be able to play BF2 for 7-8 hours straight without pain, but now 1 hour dah lenguh sad.gif
That's why I don't play that often these days even when I have the time...

This is serious, please don't spam sad.gif

I might get arthritis, anyone with tips please share cry.gif

Problem is I never stopped sweat.gif It's not that I've stopped playing for a while and picked up the mouse again... I mean that the more I play, the shorter my muscle fatigue threshold becomes, makin lama main makin cepat lenguh sad.gif

EDIT: Can't say that I'm getting old, I'm only 20 sweat.gif

maybe you could put the pillow on your lap, make it so that your elbows rest on the pillow and bring yourself closer to the table.

i think it has sumthing to do with RTS~
i am currently majoring in ergonomics and learned about this...
altho im failing miserably, but i think its cuz the hand is positioned in an unnatural way that causes pain in the long term...
mebe thats cuz u didnt feel it before and feeling it now.
and dont ask me wat RTS stands for. my gpa is 1.25
(i hate my majoring!!!)
