Guys, are cheap mini itx case such as winser m5 that I saw selling in Malaysia is a no go?

Recently I’m helping my friend to build her mini itx sff pc, but due to limited budget in mind, and she only want slim standing case, not those cube like CM Elite or Sharkoon QB I’m thinking if I could cheap out the casing.

I saw a mini itx case made by a China company called Winser. They priced their case less than RM200. Compare to those brand like SilverStone and Fractal Design, it is a huge different in price. However, I would like to get some opinions from you guys if I should cheap out on the case or not.

Any suggest is highly welcome

The build will not having any dedicated GC due to office paperwork use only

Basically it is just a G4560 build and uses integrated graphic.

I havent personally look on the real item of the Winser M5 case, I also wonder if the included generic PSU enough support for my build.

Intel G4560
1x DDR4 8GB ram 1 stick (or make it dual channel 2x4GB)
1x 1TB HDD
1x SSD
1x DVD writer

Yeah, but the case come with a psu 250W. Problem is this kind of psu not so power efficient, I afraid that the top power not achieve 230W...

Or I’m wrong? Advice needed
