Hi im building a new gaming rig and im wondering how well will it perform. So here's the specs:

Asrock Z97 Extreme4
Intel i5 4690k
GTX 970 ( still dont know what brand to buy )
Cooler Master V700
Corsair Vengeance Pro 8GB 1600mhz (4x2)
Cooler Master TPC 812

And i also wonder how much would all this cost?

P/S i already bought the ram so exclude the ram in the total price

EDIT: can you guys recommend to me what brand of card to buy? Im leaning towards the Gigabyte N970G1 right now.

i5-4690K is not worth the money. It's either Xeon E3-1231 or Core i7-4790K.

Gigabyte GTX970 G1 Gaming is extremely long. It is 12.3" or 312mm. Need at least 12.5" . Better check your casing clearance.

FYI, this is the wrong section to post. Should be here
