OMG!! like this series, looks like fun. if only scooby is more articulate... the mystery van goes so well with ecto and bttf... awesome.. the hunted tree llooks cartooish very suit the series theme... hope to see more on the building.

My greatest disappointment with Jurassic Park sets is that:-
1) No original grey and red jeep wrangler from the original movie
2) Jurassic Park entrance doorway with the Ford Explorer in original livery
3) T-rex versus Raptor final battle in the main building

Also looks like Lego just took the old Dino theme Triceratops holding vehicle, modify it for the T-rex. Also just reuse a unimog design for the raptor set (of course, it may be argued that the new movie will have a unimog, who knows).

Just wondering how the collector over here open a LEGO box...

This afternoon I been trying to use a hairdryer to open up the box per the technique from youtube to avoid damage to the box but seem like not able to work

Accidentally bought an extra Brick Bounty.  That is what happens when you write down a shopping list and leave the list at home because you were too excited with LEGO.  Will keep it for my nephews.

Hahaha i can't even find the item #4523339, I think it is an exclusive brick for this.

The tyres is available to be BL-ed but not that part I stated. It seems it only appeared in one of the old set and BL has no one selling them at all.

Looks like the black color one only appeared in Lego set #6203 and even that set only has 2 in them 

It seems its the Pearl Dark Gray and not Black but still I will need 2 of that set though

Look at that price per piece for that part, only 1 seller ship to MY and costing USD$20 for each and the bat-pod need SIX!       

Luckily ordered my 44027 from eBay....much cheaper compared to buy from there

Yeap, it was the cheaper option when I was browsing between 44017 and 44027. Since I only need the Shield part so opt for cheaper option instead 

Got it via eBay. Not sure what's the normal price but total I paid around RM250 for 2 sets including shipping fee.
