that's a real pain of fingers

he mean, the building process is literally painful to your finger, due to the pin and axel.

it's too many parts that make your finger painful if u finish in 1 day
for me, it's not too hard to assemble as long as u follow the instruction patiently
that exactly what i mean
i remember still painful for few days after finish...
u must be building slowly, enjoy the process,
or u use tools,
or must be building lego for long time until the fingers already no more feeling

but i'm agree with u that it's a lot of fun when building
i guess most lego also same

i think i'm also took about 12 hours to finish it
and i'm really enjoy the building (other than painful finger )

once complete, can only play around, amazed by the size, or modify it

just wondering do u feel the 4 legs seems almost no power to go down or up when u on the batteries?
i remember last time i feel this and do some modify
my 42009 already long rest in the box together with my other sets

i see... i only feel like "not much power" for the legs when i play around
when fresh battery i feel ok also

sorry but i do not plan to sell my 42009
i'm just no place to display since the place for me to keep 42009 before already occupy by 42030
i also fingers feel hurt when dismantling

so fast already dismantling
is it for the B model

That's why I play Technics differently now. Always build the B-model first. Then dismantle and build A-model to keep. If can modify/enhance it, then add motor/etc.
