haha.. i still remember few of us hunting for parts couple of years back.. say... 2 years ago?

actually from what i read in brickset, TLG doesn't seem to be fixing the neck joint. the delay in US is because of another 2 pieces that are not addressing the neck joint issue. and only release in US is affected. other regions are still selling them. out of stock but accepting order with a later shipping date so i think the neck joint is going to stay that way. i'm going to BL the extra parts for the fix that has been published

the stumbling block is the tyre.. will pass this one

some forum posts suggested to buy a second tumbler set and part out the wheels for the batpod. can build 2 batpods.. and sell off the minifigures. then again you'll be left with A LOT of black bricks. i'm no batman... i don't work with so many black / dark grey pieces

BL interface changed.. But you can still find the parts by typing in the number.. Then sort out the shops that have the most number of unique lots. Then again I stopped after finding out how hard it is to get the tires..

price has been dropping in BL cause it's made available again in EU as free gift for certain purchase.. so EU sellers flooded the market. those who have not gotten the polybag can start to find good deals in BL
