not 20%.. those days local RRP mostly 5 times US RRP.. in 2015 local RRP seems to have lowered quite a bit, and the big resellers can give a 10% discount off local RRP for all the new sets. if can find deals that offer further discount then i will consider

am more interested to find out whether winter soldier will be available in certified shops.. if it's GWP and limit the theme to super heroes then can save all the budget to get winter solder as free gift.. hoping for the best
