So will these Lego Dimension starter pack and xpansion pack be available in LEGO shop, since its Game and not typical lego set. Will game shop be selling them as well ?

Guys, i was looking for the build instructions to technic 42009 (b-model) at lego.com. but cant seem to find it.. it says product not found. has it retired or error.
