high baller "mansooriqbal" use chrono24 as comparison..i'm just sharing my experience so I don't want to argue much, good luck on your selling.

this is a discussion community and our discussion is in private, doesn't need to come out and shoot people to show you are better.

argument ends here and lets keep this thread going as we all are watch lovers here

Cheers gents, really quite happy with this purchase.

Kelvw unfortunately, I did not get this at retail; everyone marks them up here. The only way to get it for retail, it to buy a solid gold piece at the same time, or very recently. Most ADs here also say they put you on "the list" but never actually call you back in return. Its mostly first come first serve, and they don't stay very long.

Here are some shots of them together:

What is wrong with using chrono24?
Also did I say I was better or you were not :S? Got self esteem issues?

I think you shift to Tissot discussion thread?

Jack128 got mine grey. PM me if you are keen. There are only a few ADs who will get back to you, but none of them in the Klang Valley. If you insist on AD stock, just need to keep popping in and hovering. That, or you have a "regular" salesperson (whom you keep bugging on Whatsapp) who can give you a heads up.

Mind me PM the price pls? Batman has been one of my target but unfortunately it is hard to get.

I visit at AD recently and Batman was selling at retail price RM35k and RM48k for Daytona 2016. Price was attractive (RRP for Rolex sport model which too good to be true) but the sales personnel mention there was a long lists of clients and can't take on additional client. I believe the AD won't be release the model without premium price.

Some AD even go to extent where without connection, you won't be able to get Rolex sport model. It happen during submariner purchase, one sales personal say no stock when walk in but when text a familiar sales personal, there are ready stock and deal was close at the same shop.

Given up hope on AD and started looking for grey dealer which have the Rolex Sport Model.

for 6694...bottom dollar they usually go for around usd1k...
of cos other factors come into play...like yr...color...box etc...but thats the bottom.
so like 3yrs ago u could easily buy a 6694 for rm3k+ here...now with the currency rate obviously no longer rm3k+.

I'm with jsflim. Willing buyer, willing seller. No need to air your laundry here.
No one is forcing you to sell. Just politely decline the offer and move on.

No need to put people down and refer them to the Tissot thread.

someone just doesn't want to do some research and simply label others as low baller. everything comes with willing buyer and willing seller, I'm just sharing my experience from retailer, online seller, forum, etc on their prices. if he doesn't like my suggestion, he can move on but he prefer to show case the incident to others to show that he is better and smarter person.

do some research and I can find 6694 in SGROC Trading Group from Singapore which do Rolex trading.

Attached Image

do more research and I can find vintage Rolex is that price range, depending on the watch condition.

I'm not trying to prove I'm right but I'm willing share what ever I know.

Good to see you STILL making a fool out of yourself here. I am enjoying it biggrin.gif

Please go back to my previous post which says 'I just got low balled by 'jsflim' stating a vintage Rolex Oysterdate Precision 1978 to be worth 3 to 4k'
now convert 2100 SGD to MYR. Even the link you shared with the "not good condition 6694's" DOES NOT have any 6694's for 3 to 4k range. So if that isn't a low ball from your side then what is it biggrin.gif? Negotiation? LEL

Finally admit on your low ball and take criticism like a man, also the post you shared clearly states 'Low Ballers kindly stay away' so please do that.

You are welcome.

P.S. DO NOT give me the crap now that I meant SGD as it is clearly visible with reference to previous post that all prices mentioned here for different Rolex watches are mentioned in MYR aka RM.

P.S. 2 Thanks for the smart compliment. I get it a lot wink.gif

P.S. 3 I am done wasting my precious time in replying to your ridiculous replies. I rest my case here. Enjoy your ignorance.
