I take off my watch around 8pm last night and it stop at 7am this morning, this is the first time happening to me, normally during the weekend when I am not wearing it will give around 40 hours reserve. It's only 3 years plus, time for servicing?

QUOTE(r3kahsttub @ Sep 7 2017, 09:42 AM) 3 years plus, so not the 5 year warranty. Just slipped the free service gap, but try to ask for it anyway. And yes, definitely bring it in to have it checked. 5 years warranty? I tought 1 year only... let me double check the invoice...

QUOTE(r3kahsttub @ Sep 7 2017, 10:12 AM) Did you buy a pre-owned watch? I would not know all these conditions; assuming brand new it should either be a 3 year or 5 year warranty. I just did a quick google, yes is 3 years warranty, and it just passed... bought in June 2014
