Dear ASRockMy, which one is the cheapest motherboard that support Intel kabylake and DDR4 RAM?

Looking to pair with dual core G4560

Means I can buy H110M-DGS/D3 which cost RM219 and pair with G4560?
Flashing firmware means flash bios?
And RAM only can use DDR3 right? Kabylake still support DDR3?
