I was in Kuala Lumpur last year, 2011. And being a ballroom fanatic didn't stop me from not dancing in countries i haven't been to yet. I came across with a club back there in KL that offers ballroom dance class. I just forgot the name of the club though but i think it would be of great help if you ask some friends and relatives about that, just in case they know it.
