char is stir fry is can be wet with gravy also...anyway its just a name...eat b4 judge
*
stir fry but banjir like that...why dont call it kuey teow soup?
other food with gravy is not char ady..like ying yong, wa tan hor...etc...different name, confirm not char...

i dont judge cause i wont eat malay cooking chinese food...
i only eat malay food, like nasi lemak, karipap...etc...where malay folks do well...
another example i see is pau...when malay folks make pau...really facepalm...pau rendang, inti only got sikit kuah, the rest is flour...
