Well I bought mine at Toys R Us while i was in Singapore recently... Not much to the movements but considering indoor flying its superb... I bought it for SGD39.90 @ about RM94. They might have it here in Malaysia but make sure its from Silverlit

but from what i saw so far (i think it's this heli) the movement is restricted to up / down while the other movements are entirely at random.

It is a 2-ch receiver.
Movements are limited to up and down and left and right.
Forward movements are simulated by adding weights to the front of the heli.
Still a toy actually.
But a good functional toy heli at that.

gyrotor? haha.. i bought a x-twin. relaly have a great flight. very good plane. i belive this will be great as well.
u can add some weight infront so that it will go forward. dotn add too much

what's the point to make ir go forward?

y don u consider e-sky lama v3 instead of this rc heli?

It can goes up and down. left and right. if u put alittle bit weight infront it will go forward and can travel arround your room. (If u know how to control la... but easy to learn).

e-sky lama is nearly like a real heli with full helicopter functions. it's much harder to control and more expensive. good for beginners of true helicopter r/c fans. and definitely not for children.

the pico-z is just a toy that even a child can play.

NO LA MY FREN,from wat i know,e-sky lama is one of the easiest to control rc heli if compare to other electric heli..

of course esky lama is easier compared to other real electric heli. others use a rear rotor. esky lama is just coaxial.

compared to esky lama, definitely picoz is easier.

this helicopter is very popular... a lot of people made a little modification... then it can fly around in the room

For those interested with infrared heli (not Picoz brand some China brand) I bought one for RM60 at Nilai 3 toy shop. It worked nicely and I had so much fun flying it until... :sob: :sob: my 2yrs old nephew chewed partly the styrofoam-based front part. Now, it just fly aimlessly to the front due to its unbalanced body.

FYI, this shop also sells other type r/c heli including, a 2ch plastic body heli for RM49. I think this the cheapest place to find these models in whole of Msia.

ok.. i bought my Picoo 'Z' in Jusco for RM99.90 ..........

there's many imitation around going for RM60-RM70. one of them is called 'Mini Pixie'(which look exactly like Picoo Z)

i saw some guys playing it at times square today...wil it b hard for a beginner to play it?

it's the easiest to fly. with some Shift in CG, this thing will be stable and can move forward.
good thing is.... this mini heli is 95% crash proof

Damn damnnnn fun to play... but make sure you get the original... i tried the fake and the control just doesn't have the same amount of sensitivity as the original....

Halo guys, just like to know where is the cheapest place to get the Pico Z air duel set which shoots infrared lasers? I've only manage to find it in Toysrus.

well... i have 1 picooz apache, sky challenge and Atlas all from PA.

got my apache and it was broken or something it keeps flying round and round it wont stop. now my apache is broken!! (main rotor motor broke)

one of my sky challenge also broken!! (battery broke)

now the newest Atlas with 3channel i dunno how long it last. i did a bit lousy modification infont to make it more stable once it travel forward.


remember is 90% crash proof outside only!! but inside cant withstand the crash.

i got 1 main rotor, tail and remote for sell.
