Hello,I just get my Dell U2515H monitor. I connect the monitor to my GIGABYTE 7790 with mini dp(monitor) to DP(GPU).

First time I boot up,the text in the dell U2515H looked very blur meanwhile my Dell U2312HM(Secondary Monitor) looked normal. Then,I installed the driver and reboot. The screen looked very nice and normal already But my Dell U2312HM (secondary monitor) looked very blur. Anyone can advise?

I searched through forum and they said is the windows 8.1 problem. Anyone experience this?

Fixed it by set to 100% scaling. Thanks
