problem is not the FACE, but the ATTITUDE and ACTION.

if u got a baby face but with the attitude like a kid and act like a kid, for sure the perception going downhill.

however, even with a baby face (or looked younger than the biological age), but you can carry yourself maturely and projects strong/composed/confident attitude, these will attracts other ppl. for these babyface ppl, the face would be an advantage cuz others cant "read" from your face against your intelligence/wit
