Is "ProDiet" brand recommended? Any reviews/feedbacks?

I tried feeding it to my kitten, but she doesn't like it.
I think is because it is a bit more hard to bite.

Nutrition-wise, I am no expert.
Anyways, in the ingredients, it did not mention byproducts [or I could have missed it], whereas Whiskas and Friskies do contain byproducts.

Could it possibly be a Maine Coon?

very unlikely to be a maine coon, even though markings might seem like one.

biggrin.gif I'd say, typical Malaysian can that's rojak-fied unknown breed but we still love them.

On a separate note, when wiping the cat's eyes,
does it mean around the eyeball area, or the eye itself?

Can use baby wipes or is there a special wipe meant for this ?

I found my kitten to scratch her neck a lot these days.
What could have caused this ?

Is it normal for cats to drop fur?
I wasn't sure if it the diet.

She was given BW, but sebab GST,
we've changed her diet to Whiskas [both dry and wet].

If this happen after changing the food, then it's probably because of the food.

From BW to Whiskas, that is huge downgrade. I think you can continue feeding your cat with BW. Yes the cost increased now because GST but the increase is not too much IMO. If you can't afford BW, there's middle-range cat food you can try. Try shop around at local pet stores to know what brands do they have.

In my opinion, the major obstacle in buying cat food from pet store, especially if it is not available in major stores are that, once the pet store move/close shop, you'd have hard time to get the food elsewhere.

Hence the reason why I am sticking with Whiskas, as easier to find.
Even so, the variant for kitten is harder to come by, usually they stock for Adults.

I am wondering,
Will neutering female kitten make them less aroused?

Or it has nothing to do with her arousal/inclination to breed?

^ Thanks @kizwan for the reply, much appreciated.

Apologies on the wrong terminology used smile.gif

So if I understand this correctly, spaying does help
in easing the cat from being in heat?

^ But I find it funny that removal of sexual organs can remove their sexual needs.

Unlike humans, even though sexual organs removed, can still be aroused and still have sexual needs.

Rough figure between 1XX to 2XX. This is not just for Klang Valley. If you go to gov veterinary clinic, probably you can get below 100 for female.

^ Noted with thanks. I am planning to bring my cat for spaying.
She is now a bit crazy, especially during 'the time of the month aka mating period'.

Wonder if there is anything to look out for in female cats, on when she can be ready for spaying ?

Wondering; do your cats favor distilled/mineral water over tap water ?

Cats are obligate carnivores. This means that the majority (95%) of their food intake must be animal protein.

Dogs are/can be omnivores.

What monstrosity is it then that I saw some cat food contains vegetables ?

Seaweed, dried carrots, etc..

There's even a site for vegetarian cats needs : http://www.vegancats.com/

About to buy cat food that contain a dash of seaweed (and some other vegetables) to try, but decided otherwise.
It could be that one day, cats may opt to eat solely vegetables, e.g. spinach, broccoli. LOL
