hi all I need advice. few days ago i found a kitten on the street, she was so weak and i took her home. ive been feeding her purina felix kitten wet food and i noticed her poop is soft/liquid with a little bit of well formed poop. is this normal or not?

i see. but the kitten's teeth not coming out yet. she only have fangs right now. actually i tried to give her dry food yesterday but it seems like shes not interested.. I'll try to bring her to vet soon.. may i ask why avoid dry food for adult cat?
