Corneal injury can lead to the same thing too. Corneal injury/scrathes >> infection(s) >> white layer. I don't recommend delaying but it's your call. When it become serious, it can take a long time to heal.

Aware on that. The issue is I am quite busy this week with lots of back to back meeting. Need to see what I could reschedule for tomorrow and bring him to vet ASAP.

One of my biggest pet peeves is people asking questions without bothering to do the work.

Have you checked the local pet stores? Online? I did a quick look but most of the items seem to ship from overseas, though you pay in ringgit.
*
The reason i asked here is because of my local pet stores did not bring this thing in. otherwise i won't bother asking.

online, as you said most of the item shipped from overseas, and even it is available in Malaysia, i would prefer to touch and check on the quality before buying.

I apologize if I came across as rude, but next time, it would be prudent to say, especially on the internet, what resources you have exhausted.

I'm not familiar with the websites, but surely they have a return policy? Lazada has a selection and return window of 7 to 14 days.

If you can't find it locally then that's what you may have to resort to.

no worries. it's my bad too, did not state completely what i have done and what i expected.

anyone here have experience installing this kind of thing?

All I know is that you have to cut a hole in your door, so it's not a good idea if you're renting lol
*
yeah, i need to cut a hole on the door sweat.gif luckily i stay in my own house.

the reason why i need this door is because i open the windows in their room 24/7, and it venting out the cold air from the house if i turned my AC on(living in apartment). by having this door dedicated for their room, i can efficiently run my AC as well as preventing any bad smell from their toilet in the room getting out to my living hall.

and i use this to as additional grooming activity for them. they like this the most, i think because the scratching feeling biggrin.gif

The disadvantage of both = you need to have a vacuum cleaner standby by your side to suck all the fur that stuck on the combs.

Could be due to fungal infection. Can share some photos? My Bengals got ringworm infection on her chest and then spread to the different spot on her chest. I treated her with ACV at home and after few applications can clearly see the result. A few weeks later her fur grows back.

What is ACV?

I once experienced this fur mite on my persian cat when she just arrived from Egypt. Went to Maya Vet, in Taman Samudera.
The vet suggested to apply frontline spray (they charged RM20 per application if i remember correctly). but i did not proceed at vet due to my cat was aggressive towards the vet itself. however we applied broadline spot-on at the vet.

when reached home, i sprayed the cat with frontline spray including with the other 3 cats which were not affected (as preventive measures). and repeat the application 3 days after.

i've also changed their diet by stopping wet-food intake for a month (doing this because i was more suspicious it was not caused by fur mite, but food allergy instead.

after all, a month of treatment, the cat free from any sign of fur mite, and i get them back with regular 2 months once bathing and normal wet food intake.

i honestly not sure which once did solve my issue, but u may try either.
