i thought u can get jirachi on platinum? cant you? and Soul Silver/Heart Gold have a bunch of improvements, some of the best pokemon series i played i havnt try platinum thou =/

U go to GTS central and trade Rhydon held item protector but u put wanted pokemon rare pokemon lv9 under like charizard.
u wait 24 hour call back your pokemon u can it evolve Rhypherior .or trade other pokemon when seek pokemon trade that pokemon on GTS and call back your it can evolve to.

yes can be evolve but make sure the crazy wanted pokemon like mewtwo lv 1 it can't be trade anyone.
