1) An event where you download a ticket to your Fire Red/Leaf Green/Emerald, where you get to catch Ho-Oh and Lugia (Lv70 each).
2) Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness (Gamecube). Purify Shadow Lugia, and its yours to transfer to R/S/FR/LG/Emerald.
3) Cheating devices. (Not legit, but if you're desperate...)

Rangers, here's the Manaphy code. You must have beaten the main game first to unlock Ranger Net. (In other words, beaten Raikou, Entei and Suicune and seen the credits roll)

Access Ranger Net, Press R+Left+X, and Enter the Password will be opened up. Then enter this to unlock the mission:

P8M2 - 9D6F - 43H7

The game will save and prompt you to turn off your DS. Turn it back on, and in the Ranger Net list the mission will be available. You do not need to complete the other three Ranger Net missions to be able to play this mission.
Go go go!

EDIT: By the way, the mission itself is very easy. But who's complaining when you get a free egg in return?

Entei is easy la. Circle 1 or 2 times to get slowly rid of his flames. (You will notice that every circle COUNTS in removing the flames, even though it appears that nothing is happening, so circle away the flames. It IS slow, but better than losing). Then use a fully charged Discharge and circle away (preferably with Medicham as a Poke Assist to speed up the capture rate), but ONLY do this when the formation of the flame is when you can circle. Use Raichu to recharge your styler if needed.

Alternatively you can use Gengar to keep him in place, or Espeon. Vaporeon's bubble attack works as well.

Ditto in D/P is in the route south of Tobari City (It's the same route where the shortcut to Giradina's cave is). You need Poketore, and it's a rare one. I was lucky to get it first try.

I'll post pictures off the Manaphy egg tomorrow. Upload is slow...

i've finished that damn Entei.. yup, it's easy to catch him like u said before.. got him on my first try.. haha.. so proud to have manaphy egg with me.. and i've finish the deoxys, celebi and mew mission as well.. my target now is kyogre, groudon and rayquaza mission..
