I'm so glad that this thread had been active again. I'm currently playing PKMN Platinum and have YET to make any friends. Just got my Linksys Wireless Router few months ago and didn't have time to play, until NOW.

So if you guys need any help or trade PKMN I can help. Add me as friends if you want. Message me once you done it, so that I can add you back. My Pal Pad is now empty. blush.gif

Nope. Just visit Resort Area and you'll see a villa right next to a PKMN center. Go there and someone will greet you.

And it make it less challenging too. I still remember dated back then in Ruby I need to get Master rank in all contest just to get the star. Hard and challenging but worthwhile for me.

FYI, GTS is a place where people 'dump' their Pokemon. You'll see many people asking for legendaries even tough they're trading normal/ordinary pokemon. Seriously, find someone trustable to trade. Even if no one wants to trade, don't go for GTS, you'll eventually find one. Visit GameFAQ for more answer.

HG and SS is the remake of PKMN Gold and Silver previously released for GBC. Platinum is some sort of compilation between PKMN Diamond and Pearl.
