Hi All,

When we visited our vacant house today, we noticed that TM had put a very large pillar behind my house. We believe it is for Unifi. It is not over at the other houses but directly behind our house.

From our kitchen window at the back, we can see it. In fact, it is parallel with our 3 panel kitchen window frame.

We am worried that thieves might use it to climb atop and hop onto my extended kitchen. The flat top can also be a place for peeping tom to look into our master bedroom toilet.

How can I complain? I would be glad, if I can move it about 4 feet to the left. The position right now is terrible, smacked in the middle of our back. If it is like in-between 2 houses, that'd be better.

Do I have to bear any cost? Please help.

Hi Sis, can you take some photos to show us.

What u can do is

1) Go to nearest Telekom Office to complaint

2) Go to Local Council Office to complaint

Cannot be Unifi...unifi dont use large pillar. Its the 2 feet pillar with a box panel on top. Green color. That is unifi. And this unifi feeder pillars are installed in front of houses next to the main gate.

Updated first post with picture. If you observe the house wall, it comes with Unifi connection.

did you called TM to check if possible to move the pole? that is a huge pole to move. If its the smaller black poles with stubs then i think TM might compromise but this one really hard to say. Check with them first..

Lulz, that one is telekom pillar and he should ask his reno con to relocate the extended kitchen window, cost cheaper then shifting the pillar.
