Twenty three year old Emily took her new beau out on the town in Miami, Florida at the Bombay Sapphire Artisan Series Finale on December 5th and they were spotted “cozying up together.”

An eye witness adds, “Emily and Jeff were holding hands. They were joined at the hip.” Previously, Miss Ratajkowski dated Andrew Dryden, though they broke up in February.
