Was previously on U-Mobile U28 Plan for their 1GB Plan as I only want Data Plan for light surfing.

Was quite satisfied with their speed and coverage. Got no complaints save for 1-day due to heavy rain and lighting, lost Date Connectivity for 2-hours

But recently Digi send me a SMS, 50% discount on their 2GB Plan, normal price is RM48, now only RM24

Replied and canceled my U-Mobile Plan but the Speed is so much slower than U-Mobile and most of time, its Only on E (Edge) and not H (3G)

U-Mobile is so much faster and always on H

Anyone got simiar expericnce with Digi

Am I stuck with this Bad DATA PLAN for 1-year

Digi recently degraded alot with their 3G networks, got one week no internet at certain areas lagi.

Its just as fast if not even slower than when U-Mobile Trolled down my speed after my quota expired.

Unacceptable is what I just told to DIGI - now waiting for their Technical Team to call me.

I think digi line has been greatly improved recently. I am with digi almost 8 years. Ported from maxis. So far so good. I admit 2 3 years back their data speed is slow. Speed test can only get 700-800kpbs. Normal surfing ok. Streaming cannot.

Now i constantly get h+ signal everywhere. Speed test averagely getting 3-4mbps ++ but Their LTE is slow. Maximum speed i can get at kl city centre only 15mbps. Maxis can get more than that

Very close to BTS... then u shud stick with umobile...
U can closely look at BTS building... all antenna are belong to umobile...
they just build as many antenna from BTS to shoot those area around BTS.....

Okay, here is an update

Its bad only for my office

Before I complained to DIGI, my speed was

D - 0.23 MPS U - 0.43 MPS

After I complained

D - 0.59 MPS - U - 0.60

But at home, I can get

D - 3.55 U - 1.17

There is no internal 3G attena in my Building, only 1 3G external near my Office

u may try after office hour, if noticing speed higher it means congested network.
