Due to our 6 monthsary(half year) is going to reach soon, I wish to give my beloved a surprise gift for her on that day.

What I planed to buy is a necklace,she is wearing necklace all the time with her visible pendant (her parents bought her),but her parents only gave her a pendant without a necklace so that she bought her own a very cheap RM5 string necklace for herself,so i decided to get a better one for her on the coming 6 monthsary.

I never got a experience on buying those accessories and i got no ideal where to buy the suitable one for her, so I need some help here.

She wear necklace all the day and we jog frequently, sweat protective a must, what i need for the necklace is as below:

-sweat protective
-light weight
-smooth surface for comfortable daily wear
-durable with elegant design

I am not so sure about stainless steel necklace. Try asking some jewellery stores and see if they carry stainless steel.

Better don't buy silver necklace if your girlfie sweats a lot. Silver will get oxidised by her sweat and will turn black. This requires cleaning (usually by toothpaste) to remove the layer of oxide, which is very troublesome.

Another option is to get her a white gold necklace, if you are willing to splash more cash.

But since she wears it for jogging, I think stainless steel works best lahh. White gold will turn yellowish (due to the gold content) if it is not properly taken care of.
