Anyone here using dr.ketan's L1 lollipop ROM ?

The instructions seem to indicate you need to flash the modem TWICE.

Running on dr.ketan L1 ROM for 1 day...so far so good.

Please don't ask me about SOT since I can't be bothered to really check it, and since I play CoC quite a bit, I keep plugging it in every hour or so.

I rather like the architectural changes in L but for god's sake...please somebody get a DARK THEME for L and/or TouchWiz and all the stock apps.

F'ing glare and hurts the eyes after 5 minutes.

bro...i haven't flash dr.ketan L1 rom yet although I've  downloaded the rom. btw...is the dpi changer there in his tool app?
*
Did not notice any DPI Changer. Some reported issues with changing DPI on the Note4 due to its 2K resolution, and probably some apps will have problems, like Waze.

Is Waze working right for you on DR Ketan's rom? >_< Is it really DPI issue? Because Waze app works alright on Kitkat roms.

I have not installed Waze. Will try later tonight.

IPhone is simply a good phone.. My wife is very happy to be back using iPhone with the iPhone 6.. Well last time the major gripe was on the screen size.. Now with bigger screen, she have nothing more to complaint..

But for me, the S-PEN is the only thing that makes Note 4 stands among any other phone.. Since this year, I totally use my Note 4 as my personal note book/diary, been fully using S Note for 2 months now, it's useful and handy.. At first it's quite hard to switch from traditional paper to electronic, but once used to it, it is awesome.. (before this, using Note 3 it was still impossible for me to totally utilize the pen Note function, because the writing feel was still not at its best)...  So I can't run away from this except if there is other device that can replace that function..

Don't gatal to try iphone la, I tell you, it will just feel like an iPhone, nothing more, nothing less. tongue.gif

May I recommend that you NOT use S-Note, simply because it is a form of lock in.

I have been using HandyNote Pro mostly, and I also find DioNote to be really handy replacements.

I do this so that I can sync my notes NATIVELY across all my different Androids, rather than an Evernote export.

You do lose some of the auto line recognition from S-Note but otherwise these other apps also serve as e-paper totally fine.

IF Samsung provides S-Note as a standalone Android app that is usable across any Android then it's fine.

Non removable battery quite common dy.

But the microsd slot samsung need to remove ot coz of the curved screen, and they cant put it cof the normal version coz the curved version dont have it (microsd slot)

Besides, apple didnt use microsd slot no one complain tongue.gif

Coz sheeple do not know better, or they choose to ignore freedom.

All they can do is PAY EXORBITANTLY for the next storage upgrade device.

Put a lower-case "i" on something and voila, 30%+ premium for the exact same thing.

With the regression in the S6, I wonder what the Note 5 will be like.

This is likely an experiment to determine if the market accepts a SAMSUNG with non-removable batteries and no sdcard slot.
