1 week note4 user reporting in! upgraded from note 2.. reason? poisoned by this thread LOL

btw

quoted from uncle "Never used power saving mode
Tested before n I don't think it helps much

I use greenify pro with xposed mod to control hibernation
Also with intelli3g app these improve drastically battery drain in standby mode
Don't ever use any auto task killers as these drain battery unnecessary. Infact Google discourage usage of such app"

i am actually using greenify now without rooting, does it different from the pro version?
i created a shortcut "hibernate+lock screen" before i lock screen, does that do as well?

i forgot what stopped me from rooting my n4 d.. macam read somewhere but forgot where says some function may not work well after rooting so i stopped there..any problem u all faced before?

btw i turn on "air wake up" do you all think that will drain a lot of juice?

I just factory reset my note 4 yesterday and reflash the rom again using ODIN. So far no more wakelock issues. Battery life back to awesome again. Maybe you can give this method a try
*
but yours is rooted rite?

Yes rooted. But i tested before i rooted my device just to make sure no more battery draining problem. After satisfy then i re-rooted my phone so that i can use greenify to make the battery life more awesome. Then use clean master some more to block apps from running on startup.

is this the clean master u using?

Yes. This one. Very useful app. Can stop apps from startup, cleanup caches, uninstall pre-installed apps (if rooted), etc
*

welcome,and answer is no... sweat.gif

BTW,Did someone tried apply 1 layer of normal screen protector then apply 2nd layer of tempered glass?
since normal sp will stick perfectly and make the 2.5D part flatter, after maybe glass will stick nicely on it. brows.gif
*
wah so many layers ma very thick?later not sensitive d

To most new users of Android : not neccessary at all to check your ram balance. Your phone has more than enough ram n just allow phone OS to auto manage. DO NOT even ever install any auto task killers or ram cleaner/managers - these stuffs only drain your battery. If you think it helps,  is only an illusion
You can easily google why all these are unnecessary
The problem is many users still think Android OS is exactly like Windows

sorry.. may i ask.. is greenify consider an app killer oso?
