I'm facing problem with the poor signal while talking on the phone. Been using the for a week. It's weird that talked on the phone for some time then it will have poor signal. I also realize my phone signal is poor. Usually 1-2 bar of signal. I'm using Digi n previously using iPhone also with Digi but don't really have such poor signal problem .

Has got anything to do with the phone?

I'm not using any casing..

Just changed to the settings u mentioned. The signal bars seems high.. will try to see if will face the same problem during calls.

Does any note4 user face problem like when plug in the charger,no response at all? When I tried with the same charger with my friend's s3 it is working. So I tried to restart the phone and try to plug,it is functioning.

Why is such problem n do I need to bring the phone back for warranty? It is just 1 week old phone.

Following by the experience that I had shared this noon which I said I can't charge my phone when connected to charger but able to charge after restart, my phone battery can last for this long only..and now while charging, the phone heat up very fast and remain hot all the time charging.

Ya.. that's y.. because of can't charged at first then I restart the phone can detect n charge d.. but the phone will be hot..and now the battery cannot last long d..

May I know uausllay takes how long for SC at Lowyat or PJ to check my n4 for battery issue ?

is the lowyat service centre open tomorrow?

I am frustrated and disappointed with my note4 now. My n4 was sent to lowyat SC to claim warranty because battery drains too damn fast n heat up during charging. SC told me they changed the motherboard n charging port. Brought my phone home n tested for few days. Battery does not improve but the same condition or worst. Another terrible part is, the front screen/ outer layer of plastic that covers the screen was not fixed properly because the top part is very obvious not well attached to it. It will only stick back if I press on it but will be back to its original state after a while.
Is it that usually the unit that been sent into SC and comes back from warranty sure will have defect or problem?

Arghhh.. if battery still drains badly, whats the point of using n4 anymore??? it was great before this where my phone can last 1.5 or 2 days..

Have any Samsung owner that able to claim a new handset back from Samsung? How i wish mine will be replaced a new handset.. Thats y the value of iPhone is always higher because they do one on one change..

Do you guys switch of mobile data manually each time when connected to wifi? because i have my mobile data and wifi on most of the time. when it is connected to wifi, mobile data is automatically off. when without wifi, it will use mobile data automatically without me switching on/off manually. My friend said im damaging my battery in that way. He asked me to switch of mobile data manually when already connected to wifi.

Isnt it n4 will auto switch off data when it is connected to wifi because i dont see the 3g sign on screen if is connected to wifi, so i assumed it is off already.
