Basically, a full wipe is a must to avoid issue if you upgrade from Kitkat to Lollipop...QUOTE(DonDropUrSoap @ Feb 28 2015, 02:52 PM)
Spigen neo hybrid metal users.... Help!!!
How to remove the the case?
It's so tight till I can't get it off.
I kept peeling till almost no more fingernail to peel
Finally manage to get the metal frame off... End up scratching it a Lot
Here is my comment posted on Flossy's youtube video review of the case. It's normal for the shiny part to get scratches though...How to remove the the case?

For those who wanna know how to remove this case from the phone here is what I did, I have had a hard time but once you got the right tool and the right steps it's pretty easy. All you need is a thin plastic prying tool, I have a guitar pick, but you can use your finger nail or whatever.
Find a corner, I used the one closest to the spen slot, remove the pen, and try to slide in your pry tool in between the top TPU(screen side) and the metal frame. Once your get the tool in, make a bigger gap out of it, big enough to fit your finger nails, so you can use them to pull the frame out while gently pushing the TPU back to the opposite direction. When you have the metal frame out the rest is self explanatory, there you have it, hope this helps. Do not try to get your phone out with the metal frame intact, you will probably end up breaking the phone instead because of the force needed!
