Windows XP Pro & 2K (not server version) are only allow 10 concurrent TCP connections. Which means it can only allow 10 PCs to connect into your PC in a time. This is nothing to do with BSoD.
Not true, SP2 introduced a limit of 10 half-open connections (meaning not fully established connections). This means that if something (e.g. BT client) is trying to make alot of connections at the same time this limit might be reached. http://www.google.com.au/search?hs=bwz&hl=...nG=Search&meta=
