hi all sifu's... i have 2 problems...

1- i have an HIS ATI radeon 9550 and when i try to plug it in, the screen messed up... got several lines, color defect... y n what cause it to be like dat?

2- i replace the agp with a pci vga... after install it, the screen is ok... but, after it loads the windows loader, the blue screen up for a second and it restarts and it happens over and over again... i try to go into safe mode, same problem...

my spec is:

intel celeron 2.0GHz
1.5GB RAM
40GB maxtor
eagle pci vga
