QUOTE(tthm @ May 2 2011, 04:01 PM) No, that's the task manager screen shot. You may need to run Memtest or Windows Memory Diagnostic to test your system RAM for failure. Added on May 2, 2011, 4:09 pmYour symptom may refer to a number of issue such RAM, motherboard, PSU, overheating and/or malware issue. If possible, please run a quick scan with an updated Malwarebytes Anti-Malware to confirm there are no infection. Please attach all your minidump files from your system here for a better understanding of your issue. It should be commonly found under Windows folder with a folder name Minidump. bro, i've change mobo but still auto shutdown. i cant find my minidump in c:/windows is it hidden? QUOTE(tthm @ May 3 2011, 09:15 AM) You may want to test your system RAM for issue and proceed to check your components for overheating / in-compatibility. As for the Minidump, please refer to page 1 of this thread on how to check or enable the function. Would it be possible to upload all your minidump files here as according to page 1 of this thread? Please upload all your system minidump files here for checking. bro, after changed mobo, my pc no more autoshutdown, i'll monitor. tq bro
