You have numerous INTEL_CPU_MICROCODE_ZERO in most of your minidumps, which this error is rarely documented. Try to update your BIOS to correct Intel microcode data (Intel CPU "firmware"). Or, you can try this Microsoft's hotfix to improve system realibility with your problematic Intel processor.

It appears that Windows update has already applied the hotfix:
Check for your BIOS update from your motherboard manufacturer. Use google.

Sorry, I will not do that. You need to search your BIOS by yourself. I believe your motherboard is from Biostar

From your minidump history, you have suffered from INTEL_CPU_MICROCODE_ZERO since 30 Dec 2007. The hotfix KB936357 has been introduced since  4 Dec 2007. I think that hotfix is the culprit. Try to remove hotfix KB936357 from Add/Remove Program. But, don't do this yet.

I still prefer you to find the BIOS update rather than remove the hotfix.

There is BIOS Agent Plus scan plugin that you can try to determine your BIOS. Try it.

Please identify your BIOSTAR motherboard model number. The previous report can't say more about your motherboard model

You can use CPU-ID software to look for this info.

Your chipset is 845GV. So, P4TGV is the correct one.

But i cannot seem to open the file. ( . BIN )

Is there some way ?

Or should i save the file to somewhere?

Are your sure your motherboard is from BIOSTAR?

No, you need to use BIOS Flash utility to flash your BIOS with new data (.BIN) . Be careful and read instruction properly on how to use it to avoid you from "bricking" your BIOS and system. Most importantly, make sure you are connected to a stable mains power supply and wish that your house is not facing black-out while updating your BIOS.  sweat.gif Close all anti-virus, anti-malware programs and other applications.

This one runs from Windows environment.

http://www.biostar-europe.de/v3/app/de/eve...e/biospage.html
Read this first!
http://www.biostar-usa.com/bioshelp.asp

The previous link says that Biostar BIOS has the option to flash the BIOS while in the BIOS setting environment rather than in Windows environment. This is only true for recent motherboards but not for legacy motherboards.

Im dead, mine is legacy motherboards.

Hi there horcruxes, very sorry for my late reply as i am AFK whole day.
Btw, tthm has already assist you on this issue and it will be wise for you to follow his instruction.

Hereby i attached the analysis from your BSOD debug result and hope you can have more understanding on it.
Interpretation on Error:
Error on 0X8E: Driver/Hardware compatibility issue (Driver/BIOS update)
Error on 0x9C: Harware issue (Overheat on CPU/RAM) & Overclocking
Error on 0x50: Hardware issue (RAM/CPU L2 Cache/PCI card) & Driver/Software issue
Error on 0X7F: Hardware failure (RAM/GC RAM)
Error on 0xD1: Harware failure (RAM) & Damaged Pagefile.

From analyzing your minidump 101008-05, the result shows that you have a corrupted 2bytes on your RAM which might cause your system to BSOD/Halt when paging processes runs through the corrupted 2bytes in your RAM. That could be one of the culprit for your BSOD.

Another issue that you need to take note is as mentioned by tthm regarding your CPU and overheating issue. Please monitor your temperature. You can maintain your system at good temperature by cleaning the dust around your CPU and RAM slot, that would reduce possibility dirt causing problem to your hardware operation.

From the dump i can see that you have try update your system to SP3 on dump 101008-05 but you restore to SP2 after you have BSOD again in SP3. But still, there are quite a number that is out of date including your LAN card driver. Please update it if you switches to SP3.

Thanks. Any further issue please post here to tthm, me or whoever come 1st.

@eclectice,
thanks for helping around. Your assitant is very much appreciated.

Would like you to check your system and CPU temperature. You can view your temperature after any crash from your BIOS or your system monitoring software that came with your motherboard.

Since you are newbie, those are the suggestion that we can made of for your understanding.

For your RAM, try plug it out, use a rubber to rub the gold area, then put it back again and run your system.

If you still not sure what to do, we would suggest you to send it to IT shop and seek for assistant there as for now, you already have clue on what is going on with your pc.

Thanks

Upgrading to SP3 for victims still persist problem. As i mentioned above refer to dump 101008-05 whereby he already installed to SP3 but error is on memory corruption. Victims RAM somehow is faulty and might need to be changed. Other than that will be the driver issue, with SP3. victims still using some of the driver that dated back to 2001 and 2004. This is somehow incompatible with the SP3 system.

Hi there,
You never mentioned to me that you have netlimiter2 installed in your system.
That is crucial for me to know as if i do not ask you, your problem will not solve.
Luckily your Event Viewer provide the information to me.
