Please Help Me to T.T, after me change to using ..KPS version 7 & Transfer my Win XP to Vista Layout by Using..

Vtp8..... always face the blue screen problem.. but i cant find where is problem. i try to format and reinstall a new window xp again..
also face the blue screen..
