PC having blue screen / crash when running games.

PC spec:
MOBO: ASUS P8P67 Pro
CPU: Intel Core i7-2600k CPU
GPU: MSI R9 270x hawk
RAM: Corsair 8G (2x4GB) DDR3 1600MHz VENGEANCE
PSU: Seasonic Silence Pro 750W

before this i am using MSI R6870 hawk and RMA into new GPU R9270X hawk and now i am having this issue. The method i tried to fix,

Update Window OS from Win 7 -> Win 8.1
Update mobo bios from old to the latest
Update GPU bios to the latest
Using latest driver from MSI as well as AMD beta driver yet yield no results.

Any thought on this?
