Hi All,

From the postings, everyone is having BSOD... here are some of the guidelines to check which components is faulty :-

1. Check mainboard (PC only) if any of the electronic component(s) have any significant damaged sign. Such as bulky capacitors, burn mark, burn IC, burn coils etc).

2. Check RAM by removing each RAM 1 piece at a time to identify which RAM is faulty.

3. Try replacing the HDD, format & install it.

4. Last but not least, check your PSU is providing sufficient power output, just unplug any power molex by devices (eg. CDROM, 2nd HDD, graphics card etc).

Should the problems continue, I would suggest a thorough check by certified engineer.

Hi, not sure if this is the right place to ask. Anyway I have just assembled my pc. Initially when I turn it on all is normal. But after I shut it down and want to turn it on again it wont turn on. After a while I decided to try to reset/clear cmos (unplugged PSU cable, put screwdriver on the 2 pins for 15 seconds+, plugged back PSU) and it turn on. unfortunately when it turn on it always ask to go to f1. Is there any solution for this?

Thank you.

When it prompted for Press [F1], what was the error message ? Was it something about the date & time ?

As you have hard reset the BIOS/UEFI, the date & time will usually run out, set it back, save it & reboot. It should have fix the issues.

Wow, I got a reply from a post in Apr 2017!! Actually I did install the old graphic driver in TOSAPINS folder that existed since day 1. But it did not help much. I endured the pain for 10 months and learn to avoid what I can/ can't do
- can't use google street view
- can't use Chrome, can use FireFox
- can't use Lightroom
- can play video with SolveigMM Video Splitter (much less BSOD), but not other players like MPC-HC, VLC, WMP, KM Player (sure BSOD).

Finally bought a basic HP laptop in Feb 2018. Just leave my Toshiba unused. Appreciate it if rojan89 can upload the good driver and let me try.

You can always download the old drivers version from the manufacturer website, not all drivers works well with other brand of laptop.

Im having this issue; PC sometimes auto shut down itself via BSOD or terus shut down. Then the process of turn on, shut down 2 seconds later and it repeats until I decides to shut down the PC completely.

I also just clean the interior and swap the RAM slot, I notice a significant delay on the usage even on the videos.

Any ways to fix it? hmm.gif

Did you clean the RAM contacts ?

Also did you refresh the thermal paste for the CPU ? And is the CPU fan's clean ?

Another thing to note is the PSU, this is commonly ignore by most ppl, clean it too.
