Have a look at your EVENT VIEWER
See if there is any error there.
Look at System Log.

You are using 64bit Vista,
Do you know that Vista 64bit has many conflict with drivers even you have the latest up to date drivers?
How many gb of RAM you have?
Try run with a stick of RAM and see how it goes.

Please reverse it to normal clock.
the crash is ntkrnlmp.exe
Once you crash the Microsoft Kernel driver, its hard for me to debug your minidump. I cant identify the faulty on your system as i told you i am not at higher level.
You might need someone else to help you if you have this trouble again.

Prefer you have a post here.

Thanks

I seek advice from my senior,
You should have monitor your RAM and Processor temperature.
You should have some minor hardware failure.
*
Hmm...Ok.
I'll try to monitor it for few days.
