Guys,
My XP SP3 PC keep on restarting when the window loaded.
When I click on safe mode, it still restarting non-stop.
After I slot in the SP3 boot disk, my PC doesn't seem to read it.
Can't seems to get to the desktop.
How to solve the problem?
Note: I've double checked all my PSU and Mobo, they all in good condition.
