Guys,

My XP SP3 PC keep on restarting when the window loaded.

When I click on safe mode, it still restarting non-stop.

After I slot in the SP3 boot disk, my PC doesn't seem to read it.

Can't seems to get to the desktop.

How to solve the problem?

Note: I've double checked all my PSU and Mobo, they all in good condition.

Yup can be seen, the only problem is the SPTD.sys created a loop which freeze the window from getting to desktop.

How to solve it.

Recently I have been facing alot of BSOD errors, such as TCPIP.sys, ACPI.sys and NDIS.sys.
