My PC restart each time I download using Mozilla Firefox

Now, loading game such as Battlefield 2142 took forever.
Graphics also choppy.

My CMOS battery chechsum error...kong...need to buy a new one.
That's one of the cause?

Also, when shutting down PC...took long time.

lsass.exe
smss.exe

Need to end it then PC shuts down faster.
Weird though because before this no problem.

Is it the nearly kong CMOS battery?

Have a IDE HDD with Windows XP SP2 in it.
I installed it using my old Pentium 4 1.8Gh rig.
Work nicely.

But when I put the HDD on my new rig;
