Guys, im having BSOD too.

guys, i need ur help urgently. Im having this BSOD code:
Registry Error blah blah blah... 0x00000051 (0x00000003, 0x00000001, 0x00003000, 0xE1261030) Its when im trying to format my com, when ever i hit F8 during the agreement screen i get this.
