Pls help me,its not big problems but Everytimes I on my comp, the blue screen with hard disk checking appear ,it is under windows itself not from antivirus. Coz tat day I turn off without proper way, and now the blue screen keep pooping.

when blue screen appear,it give 10seconds to click any button to skip it.
it will checking my hardisk NFTS 3 steps.
1st step ok
2nd step stuck at 0% more than 10mins.

So i need to skip this blue screen everytimes.
