hi all, need help!!!

ok my problem is my pc cant go to window it stuck at

start with safe mode
start with ...... forgot wat it write
start with last configuration that <--- forgot wat it write but same mean

start pc normally

its stuck here..

already try all option but after that monitor turn black and 2 or 3 sec auto restart to begining..argg help me pls wat problem
