Go to My Computer and locate C:\Windows\Minidump or C:\Minidump. Once you have the minidump folder, please zipped the whole folder and upload it here (using add attachement function) or other web hosting page mentioned below. Please provide the link to download your file.
If you are not able to boot into window, Try below. Run your XP cd, enter Window Recovery Console Then type CHKDSK/r and run a scan disk on your HDD. It could be your HDD that affect your file paging in your Virtual Memory. Upload your minidump file here if available. Thanks |

It seems like you are having trouble with your HDD.
You let chkdsk/r runs until the end? Lets try to change the cable for your HDD and see how it goes. It could be your Mobo too. If IDE HDD, try change IDE port. If SATA, try change to another SATA port. Thanks This post has been edited by francischuahcw: Nov 8 2008, 02:20 PM |

Hmmm..
Your CD can read? I am suspecting data transmission problem within your PC. Your mobo might be faulty if this still appear after you change HDD. But try change cable 1st. See how. If problem persist, i think is your mobo. |

BugCheck code: 0X1A MEMORY MANAGEMENT
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-gb/library/ms793604.aspx Refer the above page. See under which parameter your additional error code have. From what i can conclude, you have multiple BSOD with different code. Very high possible your mobo failure create failure in every hardware attached to it. If you have extra mobo, try change it. If not, i would suggest you send to shop for further testing on your mobo, Thanks Note: My analysis might not be 100% accurate as i will just tell you what error has been captured in the system. You need to compare the analysis with the actual condition that you are having as you are the one who is infront of your system. |

QUOTE(JCogent @ Nov 9 2008, 12:28 AM) Red Alert 3 causing my PC to freeze, pening Where???You upload it?Would try to go thru the dumpfiles if i have time to install the debugger, but in the mean time...here are the dumpfiles Freezing wouldnt lead to creation of minidump file. Should have other issue in your system. While you upload your minidump file. Have a look at your Event Viewer Displaying Event Viewer
CODE Eventvwr In Event Viewer look at both System Log and Application Log. You can save a copy of your log and upload it here. Use the Action toolbar and choose Save Log As Then, save the log as .txt file and upload it here. |

Halo,
BugCheck 0X7F UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP You are using a Integrated Graphic Accelerator to play RA3?? I doubt it supports the game. Use a graphic card is better or your IGA/IGP might get spoiled one day. Thanks |

I would suggest you to disable your wireless when you online with LAN. Therefore it will not crash. From what i observe is conflict of IP that your system crash. It happens recently right?

From what i can observe from your minidump file.
It looks like your ATI driver crash when you are trying to change from fullscreen back to window mode. Are you using the latest driver? Bug Check 0x116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR This indicates that an attempt to reset the display driver and recover from a timeout failed. |

If you are not sure.
I do not suggest you do it at your own. 20 to 40 bugs to buy a safety for your laptop is better than 2k for a new laptop. Get what i mean? Send for shop to troubleshoot and let them handle for you. Thanks |

QUOTE(nlks @ Nov 11 2008, 10:02 PM) Hello mr Francis, Im a user who have below blue screen last week...: My suggestion will be try format and install OS from your own PC." A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appear again, follow these steps: Check to be sure you have adequate disk space. If a driver is identified in the stop message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates. Try changing video adapters. Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates. Disable BIOS memory options suck as caching or shadowing. If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select Safe Mode. Technical Information: *** STOP: 0x0000007E (0xC0000005, 0xBAAC8756, 0xBACC342C, 0xBACC3128) " the dump file cant be found under C:\ nor C:\Windows. and I'd told u that my network card is not working.. below is the advises u gave to me last time: But how can I disable the network card? I saw a MAC Interface under BIOS. I tried to disabled it and boot in normal mode but the same error came out. I think I had disabled the correct device right? so does it means it's better for me to reinstall Windows with my CPU? cause I cant boot in normal and the dump file don't even appear so I cant upload it for analyze. I have already run CHKDSK and some error is fixed. and I think that is the cause of my Harddisk not turning last time (?) in addition, my ATI GC driver cannot be installed as well. it was detected but when I insert the official CD it cant found compatible driver inside. does this take part of the crash of my windows and can I disable it as well?? sorry for this very long post.. And see how it goes. Thanks Added on November 12, 2008, 8:33 pm QUOTE(newkyd @ Nov 11 2008, 07:08 PM) hey bro, sorry but im kinda new here, i have really given up trying to figure out whats wrong with my pc. i recently suspected that one of my ram's wasnt working properly, so i removed it, but somehow its still crashing. do ya think u can have a look at this? Hi there,if ya need more detailed explainations bout my pc, i'll be glad to help, im just not sure what sorta info u need... Debug shows that you are having bad RAM but random pick on other minidump file that you might be having a faulty motherboard as some of the DUMP file cannot be captured properly. Please send your motherboard for checking. It should be motherboard faulty. Thanks francis This post has been edited by francischuahcw: Nov 12 2008, 08:33 PM |
