Hallo all sifu in LY.net. I have a problem with my pc here. Cannot acces win xp and keep restart. Tried to boot using cd, a stop error appears. Below is the stop error:

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

If this the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart our computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps.

Check for viruses on your computer. Remove any newly installed hard drives or hard drive controllers. Check your hard drive to make sure it is properly configured and terminated. Run CHKDSK /f to check for hard drive corruption and then restart your computer.

Technical information:

*** STOP: 0x0000007B (0xF78D2524, 0xc0000034, 0x0000000, 0x0000000)

Please help me since I'm a newby in this IT thingy. My PC was a ACER ASPIRE M1641. Bought directly from ACER. All CD that given is the original one. Thanx in advance.
*
STOP: 0x0000007B
INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE
This Stop error indicates that Windows XP has lost access to the system partition or boot volume during the startup process. Installing incorrect device drivers when installing or upgrading storage adapter hardware typically causes this Stop error. This error could also indicate a possible virus infection.

I already mentioned on my first post in this thread.

Did you uninstall all of your driver before cloning? If you're still able to load into windows there still a chance for you to reinstall your Graphic Card Driver & Motherboard CHipset driver.

Make sure you fully uninstall your old motherboard chipset driver before installing new driver.

Hope it helps..

Your minidump files indicate that possible could be due to your Realtek HD Audio driver issue.

Few suggestions below,

1. Clear or reset your system pagefile.
2. Uninstall / disable / unplug USB device or drivers like external hard disk, webcam, etc.

You may want to upload more minidump for a better understanding of your problem.
*

How to clear or reset the pagefile? I'm not using external hard disk, webcam, etc. at that time just the USB mouse and the PCMCIA card (Sierra Wireless Aircard 875)

Here's 2 other minidump I just got: [attachmentid=749437]
Thank you.

These 2 dump files indicate you have driver issue with your Sierra Wireless Aircard 875. Are you using Dell notebook?

May be you can try to update your driver to latest update or reinstall the driver.

Could be due to graphic driver or overheating issue.

Can you please try to uninstall the graphic card and install the latest driver. If you're unable to find the latest driver please provide us your notebook brand and model.

This BSoD is very common issue. Possible caused by memory issue.

Refer to my previous thread how to recycle your paging file.
http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...post&p=22791995

If it still happen please run MemTest86.

hi ahlim,

It seems your system crashed was due to motherboard (nForce2) driver issue.

You may download latest version of your motherboard driver at www.abit.com.tw. As I'm unable to find the driver for you because recently they having a problem with their download page.

What you can do now you can try to install Windows XP Serviec Pack 3 first.

Good luck and Happy chinese new year!

Abit NF7-M drivers
