Hello,

I been experiencing Blue Screen quite frequently and it happens when I have many windows open at the same time, >8 windows. I only manage to catch some words and it sounds something like this:

BAD_POOL_HEADER

May I know what causes this. Since my laptop is still under warranty by Dell, which parts need to be replaced to solve this problem?

Technical noobie here. Thanks.

^hi, thanks for responding to my SOS. No driver updates but the list of softwares/program installed are:

Adobe flash player 10 plug-in
Adobe flash player 10 active X
Java ™ 6 update
Free youtube to MP3 convertor

this only occurs when i open many windows, so that is why i am suspecting hardware failure? am i wrong?

iqrl not less or equal. what is this? i tried to find the minidump but when i went to C:/Windows/Minidumps there is not a single file.

I already uncheck the auto restart, and already put the debugging information on small memory dump 128kb. but there is no file at all.
