Disable Enhanced Steam. After FF update to 35, most user on firefox experience crash too, no working fix as of now, even the recent update to address this issue doesn't work

So I want to confirm this :

Steam will restart your game download from the beginning if the said game released an update while you're still downloading, no matter how little data left to download.

YES/NO?

Here's my case

1. Bought Valkyria Chronicles on releases day. 16gb download. Immediately start downloading. Internet speed <512kbps, yes I'm patient enough to wait. After 3@4 days, 13gb downloaded, checked steam client occasionally, suddenly see "200mb/16gb downloaded." Raeg. Check VC store page. Got announcement of update recently. Wow. Accept my fate and just continue the download until it finished 6 day later

2. Bought Hyperdimension neptunia this morning. Download, 5gb. After 500mb, realized download restart from zero again. Check store page. 100mb update. Sigh


Nice tips for slow internet user like me. will remember this when downloading newly released game as they tend to release quick update to patch issue on release

Copy his dota folder in (usually) C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Dota2

Paste that folder in the same folder location of above on your pc

40 cents...
