Anyone do trade offer before? It seems getting stricter with email confirmation(can be changed on profile setting but steam support wont help you with stolen item)

Anyone trying to buy anything at GMG recently with Maybank? I remember something about MSOS pop out if I try buy directly with Maybank debit card, not sure about now.
