[WTA] GPU become faulty?, Plugged PCI-E, unable to start desktop

So if I plugged the GPU into the MOBO (without plugging in PCI-E)...
I'm able to run the whole desktop.... But when I plugged the PCI-E into the GPU... When I pressed the power button... The whole system failed to start ( not even a sound or whatever it is...) So is it confirm that my GPU become broken??? My GPU is Palit GTX670 Jetstream... Bought it in 2012 May and the warranty is over...  |
