How nice if I have 500 million. I'll throw the whole chunk at AMD, buy shares, then demand that they give me 3 pure unlocked engineering gold 390X samples and laugh At everyone else's pitiful benchmark numbers. Then do it again with every new card.

sorry... but only improvement i see on GTX 980 is their lower TDP and ability to Boost Clock Core to 1.4Ghz + and with enhancement of Nvidia Driver... i still think GTX 780 TI/ GTX Titan Black a King of Hill (single GPU)

Syukur for 2-3 more months only. Once Ti version plus 390X comes out, that itch scratch all day also kennot go away edi.


You shaddup. I pay 1.4K for reference a year ago also happy kao kao edi. Now lightning card also cheaper. I wanna cry.

Have you ever experience your r9 290 fan limits its fan speed? Mine only run at 1070rpm max. This will cause the core to declock from 947mhz to about 300mhz at94 degree C temp.

I have tried with afterburner... Flash performance bios, switch to uber, enable overdrive... And etc.

This gc of mine seem defected with maximum fan speed at 1070 rpm.

I know the fan can spin up to 2650rpm at max. When booting, I can hear the fan spin at higher rpm but when doing uningine test, or playing game, it's just not responding to the increases of temp.

Did you try third party software such as Sapphire Trixx or MSI Afterburner to adjust the fan speed?
